All The Information You Need To Find The Best Diet Pill That Actually Works For You!

Lipozene

LipozeneWhat and how much you eat may have a bigger effect on weight loss than exercise. Lipozene is another appetite suppressant that’s supposed to help you control what you eat.

But will Lipozene actually be as effective as top diet pills like Apidexin? Is it safe? What about the manufacturing company — do it have a good reputation?

Let’s dig into ipozene and hopefully you’ll find out if Lipozene is really worth trying.

The Lipozene Formula

Apparently, Lipozene only has one ingredient. At least, there’s only one ingredient mentioned on the official website: Glucomannan.

Glucomannan is a naturally-derived fiber. It has been clinically tested and proven to help reduce hunger, promote feelings of fullness, and lead to weight loss. The official website cites this study, but what they don’t tell you is that it took participants 8 weeks to lose 5.5 pounds!

Glucomannan works by absorbing water and expanding in your stomach and intestines. This doesn’t leave as much room for other food; helps you feel full faster; and keeps you full for longer. In short, Glucomannan should help you cut back on calories without feeling starved.

Does Lipozene Have the Right Amount?

In clinical studies of Glucomannan, researchers got results when they gave participants six 500-milligram capsules of the fiber every day (3000 mg a day).

Each serving of Lipozene (2 capsules) has 1,500 mg of Glucomannan and the official website recommends that you take 4-6 capsules a day (3,000-4,500 mg).

Although the manufacturer says it’s alright to take more than 3,000 mg of Glucomannan a day, I wouldn’t recommend it, since studies show you only need 3,000 mg.

I’m glad to see that–like Apidexin–Lipozene has the clinically recommend doses, because manufacturers rarely include those anymore. Or they don’t disclose what doses they use, which makes it hard to tell how effective and safe the diet pill will be.

Will Lipozene Cause Side Effects?

Because Lipozene is 100% fiber, it might cause side effects which are similar to those you’d experience from eating too much fiber. For example, you might experience gas, bloating, or diarrhea.

Glucomannan does expand, but I didn’t find any reports of intestinal obstruction. It also won’t expand enough to damage your stomach.

User Reviews of Lipozene

Users don’t seem to be very impressed with Lipozene. On Amazon.com, Lipozene received an average rating of 2.3 stars out of 5. It received low ratings because users said it was overpriced, worked too slowly, or didn’t work at all.

On Walmart.com, users gave Lipozene 3 stars out of 5, and only half said they’d recommend it to others. The complaints were the same here.

Other rating sites told a similar story: low ratings, low satisfaction, lack of results. However, I should mention that there were people who loved Lipozene and got results while using it; but they were in the minority. In contrast, Apidexin gets mostly positive feedback.

How to Use It

Since Lipozene is supposed to be an appetite-suppressing diet pill, the best time to take it is before a meal. The official website suggests taking 2 capsules before your three meals.

I don’t think taking 4,500 mg daily will increase the effectiveness of Lipozene; but it could increase the severity of side effects. I recommend taking 2 capsules of Lipozene 30 minutes before your two biggest meals with a large glass of water.

You can improve your results further by eating a healthy, low-calorie diet and exercising regularly while using Lipozene.

Buying Lipozene

Each bottle of Lipozene holds 30 capsules. If you take 2 servings a day, the diet pill will last for 15 days.

On the official website, Lipozene costs $29.95. Initially this price seems affordable; but remember, Lipozene only lasts for 15 days at the most. For a month supply, you’ll need to buy two bottles for the price of $59.90. That’s more than the top-rated Apidexin–with its 7 clinically proven ingredients costs!

Or, you can get Glucomannan supplements that last longer and cost less, off a grocery store shelf.

Is It Guaranteed?

If you buy Lipozene from the official website, you have 30 days to return it for a refund, but you will need to get a Return Authorization Number from customer service. They can be contacted by a phone number listed on the official website.

Is the Manufacturing Company Reputable?

Unfortunately, the makers of Lipozene–Obesity Research Institute LLC–may not be the most reputable in the industry. In 2005, the owners were fined by the FTC for misrepresenting their weight loss products.

Many customers have also complained that they were overcharged or charged for items they never ordered. And some very dissatisfied users seem to think Lipozene is a scam.

Is Lipozene Worth Buying?

I don’t think Lipozene is one of the best diet pills available. It has a clinically proven ingredient in the right dose, but according to studies, Glucomannan isn’t the most-effective or fast-acting substance. Most user reviews left average or below-average ratings, and many people said Lipozene is overpriced. And to top it off, it comes from a company with a flawed reputation.

I don’t think Lipozene is worth buying, instead I recommend Apidexin, which comes highly-recommended from users and experts.

Have you tried Lipozene? I would love to hear your opinion of it. Did it work for you? Is it worth buying?
